What is the challenge coin??
The challenge coin is a physical coin, that can be traded in at various conventions or events to Jordan Draper or Dark Flight for a special reward! This reward will change depending on the event, and could be anything from imported Japanese candy, to Dark Flight chopsticks.
It may also be possible to mail in your challenge coin for a reward at certain times. Stay tuned.

What qualifies me to get the free challenge coin?
Just like the free metal currency, to get a challenge coin, you must pledge at least $35 during the Kickstarter campaign to receive it. It is also possible to add on a single extra challenge coin for +$20 through Kickstarter.

How do I get the free metal currency, and what pledge levels does it come with?
Every pledge at $35 or more will receive 1 free set of metal currency (including the retailer pledge)! If you would like more than 1 set of currency with your pledge, you will need to add on +$25 per set.

Can retailers buy extra sets of currency at retail pricing?
Yes, if you are pledging at the retail level, you receive 1 free set of metal currency, and you can also add on extra sets at 50% ($12.50) each, with a minimum of 5 sets. So if you would like to add on 5 extra sets of currency, simply add $62.50 to your pledge.

Will it be possible to receive the free metal currency after the Kickstarter through Backerkit if I choose not to pledge now?
No, the only the way to receive the metal currency for free will be to pledge through Kickstarter. It will still be possible to add on the metal currency through Backerkit for $25 however.

If I add on games will it increase shipping for my pledge?
No, you may add on as many items as you like, and there will still only be a flat shipping rate (see ‘shipping’). Each individual pledge however will only receive 1 free set of metal currency.

Is the metal currency an extra item, or does it replace the normal currency in the game.
All of the games come with chipboard currency, the metal currency is a separate package that can be used in place of the chipboard currency if desired.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
